Kêyê-vèbî Fêqê (/ˈkɘjɘ/ /ˈvèbɪ/ [previous] [volcano]) is a temperate Small Town located in Mijlejeji Dutchy, Mèhabicê Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Kêyê-vèbî Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Kêyê-vèbî Fêqê was founded by Glkdonmëm Fyëm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Kêyê-vèbî Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 21°C (69°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 24°C (75°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). Kêyê-vèbî Fêqê was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1467, by Glkdonmëm Fyëm. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Kêyê-vèbî Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kêyê-vèbî Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Kêyê-vèbî Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a network of crampt paverstone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

A look around Kêyê-vèbî Fêqê has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Kêyê-vèbî Fêqê's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.

Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is long in Kêyê-vèbî Fêqê.
